Straightening

Wheels can be destroyed if improper techniques are used to repair them

It’s a very exacting process

Bends happen from pot holes, curbs, and road debris.  Fix your OEM wheels.  They are much higher quality than the aftermarket products offered in most all cases.

How do you know if your wheel is bent?  Wheels leak and or vibrate.  Some bends you can see the bend because they are on the outside of the wheels.

Straightening a wheel is a very exact process.  Aluminum is extremely sensitive to heat.  Wheels can be destroyed if improper techniques are used to repair them.  Wheels are straightened in a manner similar to the original manufacturing process which occurs due to heat treat distortion.  In most all cases, we can bring wheels back to OEM acceptable standards for first harmonic radial run out.

Straightening takes approximately one hour per wheel. Hard hit wheels may take longer. We generally have your wheels back within 24 hours.
